“Mr. and Mrs. Vendor, the first 30 days is where we have the most buyers and then they decline. So the worst thing we can do is price your home high during this period as we would be showing the wrong price to the most active buyers. And we will never get a second chance to make a good first impression. We must out-market, out-present, and out-price the competitors.”

Myddelton Square and the surrounding streets were first developed by the New River Company in 1824 – 27. It is named after Sir Hugh Myddelton who was responsible for building the New River, which carried fresh water from the town of Amwell, north of London, to nearby reservoirs where they provided drinking water to London’s growing population in the early 17th century.

The most recent sale on this beautiful square was for a gorgeous Grade II listed house, sold for £3.75 million.

Buyers pay a premium to be on the largest garden square in Clerkenwell. St Marks Anglican Church sets the location off fantastically as you can see in my video.

Are you looking to sell your current home or perhaps looking to move into London? Drop me a line and I can talk you through the best options for your move.
